  1. What if the print doesn't line up with my labels?
Make sure the "Shrink oversize pages" or "Page scaling" options are UNSELECTED before printing. Please see the printing instructions on the "Step 3 of 3" page.

If you still have difficulty, please see the following Adobe support documents:

Please see Solution #3 in the following Adobe support document:
PDF file doesn't open in Web browser

  3. I get a "file does not begin with %PDF" error. What should I do?
Please send us an email indicating that you received this error and provide the information listed below.

  4. I typed in my labels, but now the information is gone. Do I need to retype all the information over again?
No, all information entered in this system is automatically stored. If you need to retrieve information that you already typed into the system, send us an email and we can retrieve your information and send you the PDF file with your labels.

  5. Can I just handwrite my labels?
Only items with a barcoded label will be accepted. Most consignors have found that entering the sale item information via the website is much easier than handwriting index cards. If you have entered information about your items but can't print your labels, do one of the following:
    • Send us an email and we can retrieve your information and email you the PDF file with your labels that you can print.
    • Send us an email and we can retrieve your information and print your labels for you, which you can pick up from the Lollipop Shop (we can only do this early during consignment week).
